Hit the reservation this past weekend, fished 10-4pm on Saturday and 9-noon on Sunday morning before fierce winds really kicked up and made trolling VERY difficult. *Caught six cutts overall, the only one above the slot was this 8 lb buck my son Ryan hooked just above Warrior on Saturday afternoon. *This 28" hog struck a 4" Lyman plug (red dot) pattern on a slow troll down 22' on the wire in 28 feet of water. *He's headed to the smoker today. *

Fished with my old college roommate and good friend Gradyator and his sons. *His boat logged four trout on Sat and nary a strike on Sun. *Surface temp was around 43 degrees, mostly overcast skies, and the impending full moon didn't aid the bite. *

The Lymans were it this trip. Red dot, watermelon and rainbow patterns all drew share of the action. Nothing on the Sting King/Apex/Misc spoons...
