Launched at 07:30am and headed for clearer water, the south end is

very dirty with lots of green stuff floating on top, Yuk! *Trolled up by

the Dam, Trolled in Swallow Bay, Trolled the Narrows, and Trolled by

the Launch Ramp, no takers. But, low and behold, guess who's at the

Fish Cleaning Station, you guessed it, *BAIT DUNKER'S.........ARGHHH!

Moral of the story, don't leave home without, you know what...........

Who is gonna be out there tomorrow? I always always have luck trolling a wedding ring/nightcrawler there. Doesnt seem to matter what color as long as its orange and green, or red and orange, or gold and orange. sometimes green only or red only. Have been getting more bites and larger fish with the chrome smiley spinning thing in front as compared to the metal spinners. Anywho hope to see some sniffers out there. I read on this site somebody caught a 16.6 pounder in heron bay area. THAT ALONE is enough to make me get up and out there. Although I wish the fishing would pick up at Berryessa so I could get into some Kings.

Its OK, take a deep breath, r e l a x, it IS OK to leave the bait at home, that was a moment bite for the dunkers, do you relize how many dinkers would love to be in the boat? * *and overall per trip who will score moe often with poundage, it is OK. and who had the best scenery? *;)

I must admit that my best fishing days on that lake have been when I put on a hat, dark glasses and an overcoat and join the bankies [smiley=baghead.gif];D
5 pounders plus to be more specific.
I do see a lot of boaters become floating bankies too. [smiley=fishing1.gif]
I just gotta spend more boat time on it and then I will figure it out.
