Made the long drive to lake Tulloch from Fresno. On the water at 6:45am off at 1:30.Started off by the bridge and poker flatt pretty muched fished there all day.I cought 4 fish.Three of them at 1 to 1-1/2 lbs All relesed and my first and biggest fish went 21" and 4lbs.The big fish was cought at the bridge on Shad at 24ft on the downrigger. The rest hit a green backed Excel fron 14 to 17ft.Most people did not have any fish when i left.It was a tough bite.Foggy in the morning sunny by 9:00 and nice.Better than at work.

Here is the 4lbs Rainbow

Nice bow [smiley=thumbsup.gif], tulloch will turn out some nice holdover rainbows quite often.

Did you try fishing any shallower. What was the water temp?

The water temp was 58 to 59.I did fish as shallow as 14 ft .Do you think i was fishing to deep.I was running the Baits/Lures at diffrent setbacks from 55 to 175 ft behind the boat the 4lbs came at 24 ft down and 60ft behind the boat so i dont think a long set made any diffrence.
