Got to Take my Grandson out today as we have him for a week. *We headed for Buckeye Bay and anchored in about 8 feet of water, sat there for an hour without even a hit, so we headed to deeper water in front of Paradise Shores and started catching fish right off the bat. *Luke(my grandson) caught a nice 2# rainbow and then all heck broke loose, he caught 2 Sacramento Perch and about 8 more trout, we lost count. *Needless to say he had a blast. *Here's some pics:

T Tom, will be headed up there this Tuesday. If you can, be more specific on the depth of water, how far out from shore. I was up there abt 4 weeks ago and did pretty good. But as I'm sure you realize things change quickly as the water drops. I M

I was wondering how the fishing was up there. Thanks for the report. I might be passing through early next week but w/out the boat. May take a detour and fish Saddlebag. If not then I'll try Lundy since it's close to 395.

I M, we were in about 15 feet of water in front of Paradise Shores, probably 500 yards from shore. Tom [smiley=angling.gif]
