My wife and I were on the water at 8:15 (would have been earlier but she forgot the sunscreen and we had to stop at walmart on the way in).
First fish in the box at about 8:25 at the 162 bridge. Biggest fish of the day caught by the wife (i'll never hear the end of it). We never left the bridge. Had our limit by 10:45 with most fish in the 15 to 17 inch range. Hot set up for the day was a watermelon apex w/watermelon dodger scented with shad gel. We also caught fish using silver apex and also a white hoochie. Best depth was 35 to 40. GREAT DAY ON THE WATER. May be back on Sunday depending on mother day plans for my wife.
