im buying sinking line soon to go along with my float tube for mostly sierra lakes big and small, all 5500'+. i was wondering what people's preferences were for sinking line. intermediate (slow sink) or sink tip? which is easier to cast farther? which fishes deeper? which would be more useful on these lakes primarily from april thru oct/nov fishing the usual--buggers/streamers and mayfly/damsel nymphs?
thanks for any help

Go slow sink for the tube fishing. Reo has a great one for still water lakes. Works awsome at a slow troll in a tube. Casts like a charm too.

i-line for me! Slow is good. Just got to be a bit more patient. Scientific Angler Mastery stillwater series.

Sometimes I catch and release, other times...I get hungry.
