Still pretty slow, only fished for about two hours . My buddy got a call from his job and had to return to work. Did manage to pick up one nice fat 19in bow. Only hit in two hours. Maybe next week.
Water temp is still 70 degrees.

I have had 30 and 40 fish days out there and realeased all unharmed so I know they are out there its just a matter of time.

I believe you,or one of the guys on this thread often mentions trolling a Red fly. I am first and foremost a flyfisherman (streams, etc.), but do troll for trout, salmon, and stripers. How about some detail on that red fly? Woolybugger, maribou streamer, tinsle body, or what?

I had some success last Spring flatlining shad pattern mini-jigs, and streamers that I tie. Size #8 or #6, olive drab/white/ touch of blue maribou, with a few strands of flashabou, gold or silver body, and a touch of red at the head.
