As much as I read about reading my fish finder and setting it up I have not gotten to tune it in to where I can actually be 100% certain that I'm really marking sturgeons.

I have an Lowrance X91, when I keep the fish track feature off I don't get arches I get little dots but when I turn it on I get fish images all over the places and occasionally I see little arch on the bottom which I assume are sturgeons.

This is what it should look like

http://www.clubmarine.com.au/internet/clubmarine.nsf/docs/MG17-3+Marketplace/$FILE/market08.jpg

Leave the fish symbol button off... turn the sensitivity to 75%, turn the ping speed 100% , use the 200khz transducer,

sturgeon will show arches that are alittle flatter then the picture and alot longer..

Lowrance.com has a product Emulator. under 'downloads'. I'm too tired to use it for your model right now. I'll try it later and see what the setting should be. hopefull other can tell you exactly.

my x91 is probably too old for them to have an emulator. The closest one is an x97
