Well after passing on several bucks opening weekend I was paid off with a good 3x3 on Sunday evening. He was 43 yards and I made a perfect shot. He went about 25 yards in a horseshoe shape and actually died closer to the truck than where I shot him. He has several sticker eye gards on one side and a good eye gard on the other side. He is a 3x3. He was 22 1/2 wide, 19 tall, and heavy horned.

Congrats! Nice BUCK! He's still full of velvet. You get'em on a bow?
I'm heading back out Labor day weekend. I still have a tag to fill.
Great Job Smithstation!

Great buck espically for archery. I didn't see any legal horns for opener in D-3, but will try again labor day weekend. Looks like you stuck it good, I hate when you get a bad blood trail.

This was also a D-6 buck but from a lower ground ranch I gained access to just this year.
