*What a great day. Out of West Side ramp @ 6:00. Got going on a flat foggy run, past the Rock and the Head. The Fog cleared-up below the River and it was like a lake all the way up to the Fort. Depope (pictured), Geezer and myself bagged 3 limits of really good quality Blues/Blacks, Vermillion and one Ling. We caught a bunch of other good sized rockies and a few Canary Hogs, that all went back in the drink. The bite was so good that we just focused on the one above mentioned, just kept those and still limited out. We were pretty much done by 10:30 and headed to the River to troll for some salmon. Saw quite a lot of bait balls and ran up & /down between the mouth and Arch Rock. *Dan caught a Mackerel that he swore was a King... till it got to the boat. (oh boy) Not even a scratch with the Salmon part of our trip. Headed back to the dock on a flat, flat Deep Blue and all done cleaning the boat and cleaning the fish by 1:00.
*What a great day at the Fort. *
