Hard day at Amador for my dad and I. It is only our second time on the lake but having a tough time figuring it out. I was able to get four for the day and my dad two. My dad's two and one of mine were very small. Like DFG small... I was fortunate enough to get two nice males on jigs and a female on a worm/marshmallow combo. I did loose a nice one on a white jig but the two I landed were on a yellow atomic tube that you can see in the first fish. All released except for one for dinner.

Please ignore the "I'm taking a dump" :action-smiley-082: face expression. I don't know what I was telling my dad. This was the best fish of the day.

Gorgeous day on the lake though.

I heard the bite pics up a month or so. Anyone have any advice on this? I guess cause they are done spawning...

Cheers,

It was fairly muddy. I guess you could see about 2 feet down. Real murky.
Cheers,
