It starts like this.

If you clean your fish, dry, wrap and freeze they last well as this fish was caught 06-09-11.

Keep it simple!
Lemon, onion, garlic, Greek salad dressing, salt and pepper.
Hot coals. Cover with lid.

Turn to prevent burning, four to six times.
Done in 15 - 20 minutes.
Serve with your favorite sides.
