Ron

I might be able to swing for peppers but I made them two fests in a row, I was just trying to change it up a bit so everyone doesn't get bored.

Smithstation, you can bring whatever you want bud. The hog sounds good I didn't get to try it last time, but if you decide on something else that's fine with me.

Sweet! The hog meat is free and usually I try and get someone to shoot it that has never shot one before. Nothing more exciting than seeing a kid shoot his first hog!!

One thing our fests usally involve is alchohol so its always a smart thing to spend the night if you drink. At other fest some come that don't drink, we just don't what to see anything bad happen to anyone. So if you do drink please stay. I'm sure we can find a place for everyone to bunk if needed.

P.S. Drinking is not required at a fest, we even had one where no drinking was allowed.(It was the shortest fest we ever had though). Just didn't what to give the wrong impression.

What he said, drink, or don't drink it is all good.
Me personally I never drink while fishing whether I am the captain or not. Fishing to me is something I enjoy so much I don't feel the need to add anything to it. Now if you want to skip this Berkeley Butt fest and hit the BUTT fest on Broadway in San Francisco then drinks and lap dances are on me. *;D

Remember, they don't call me ZACK!, there I like to use the alias RT! ;D
Sorry Rich.....
Seriously, if you plan on staying and partying a bit and don't feel like sleeping in your camper etc they have a real nice hotel at the marina called the Double Tree. They also have some fine resturants as well. You can leave your boat in a slip, party with the fish sniffer crazy's and then relax later in your suite. It's all up to you and how you get down? ZACK!

Ok guys and gals. Here are some of the things we will need for the potluck that I haven't seen anyone offer to bring.

-Paper/plastic plates
-Napkins/paper towels
-Plastic utensils
-Charcoal/starting fluid
-Sodas

Remember, Alcohol is not allowed on the premesis and you can get cited if you get caught. PM me if you have any questions about this.

What time is everyone firing up the grills?
Beth, save me some of that cake *;)
I was planning on bringing meat, now its looking like I will bring paper plates and silverware, maybe some charchoal if I dont blow too much on the other stuff.

Is it illegal to have wobbly pops in possession or just an open container, I would hate to have them board my boat and get cited for having them in the ice chest *:o
For those that dont know, be prepared to be boarded by the CG, it seems to be pretty common down there now. I was the last time I got back into the docks, they cited me for not having my registration handy, found it a little later though and it was only a fixit ticket *:(
Ironically, I had an open corona in the cupholder and they didnt bother me about it, they sure did want to make sure the life vests had the correct sticker though *:-?
