    Re: 19" North River Mariner

One was with the boat when he bought it. It was manufactured by North River. The other one he bought from Bentley's. You can search for their catalog. I can attest that they are quite comfortable.

Re: Verona for snags and skunks

I have thought about the new snags at Verona too and my strategy (once I get on the water) is to use old lures and tackle until I find all the new snags.

    Re: If....

Basically your are paying for an education on salmon fishing. You can learn a lot by going with a guide, if it is worth it for the price they charge depends on you.

    Re: Salmon Scoreboard

Not a good fisherman but don't feel so bad after seeing some of the other posts. 4-8 here which includes 5 skunk trips, should have been 6-8 but like I said I am not a good fisherman.

Re: Verona Fire 9/10 and 9/11

Saw sea lions three times this morning and a good number of boats trolling. Saw some fish caught but not red hot like it was, a lot of skunks out there today.

Not everyone was catching fish out there today, I can attest to that. We did see some fish caught today, but there were a lot of skunks too.

I find it interesting that people are quick to jump on LEO when they screw up but nobody ever starts a post for all the good things they do.

Bradsahw was the keynote speaker at a conference I was at 10 years ago. He was one of the most entertaining and funniest speakers I have ever heard.
