    Many years ago, I was cross country skiing at Winnemucca Lake (near Kit Carson Pass), it was very cold and icy, and the wind blew so hard, it blew me sideways while I was stopped to take a rest.

    with a tossed salad with vinegar and oil and anchovies
    all of that with a glass of red wine.

    We had a very nice Thanksgiving yesterday.

    It is snowing here right now.

    We are going grocery shopping later this morning and it should be "fun" with the snow covered streets and idiot drivers.

    Your best success at both lakes is to fish from shore on the opposite side of the hiking trail.
