Went to Rossmore Jan 2nd and the water is so low that it was snag city. At normal flows it is a great area to fish.

    Folsom

Just found out Folsom has two launch ramps open. This could somme great fishing with all the fish concentrated in a lake 1/4 the size of normal. I will post after I get back.
