    I don't know, I can think of several times that I've cooked a bird and found lead shot when I was eating it.

    Fight it if it makes sense to do so.

    I personally think that we can do away with lead. We've done it with paint and it's fine, (took a while to get it right).

    I don't think going overboard is ever the answer and truly sometimes I feel like that's what's going on.

    I grew up in deep layers of smog and when I get behind a gross polluter on the highway now, I really appreciate the smog laws.

    I really think that we, as sportsmen, need to have a deeper understanding of what lead does to our environment. We didn't know what it would do when we started using it and I'm not 100% we actually know all the facts now. I think we know enough about to understand that there is high probability of a need for change.

    Steel shot and weights do not seem to be the answer at this point but if we keep working at it we will find a solution. We are Americans and we are known for overcoming adversity.
