Got this from the Good Eats show... it's great!

In a large bowl add what ever fruit you like... ie: Granny smith apples, berries, mango, banana, pineapple etc.... slice or dice into bit-sized pieces. Add some chopped walnuts if you like.

Mix the following in a small mixing bowl:
1 teaspoon of the following: Vanilla, honey, lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash(s) of black pepper (pepper adds a lot of flavor..)
1/2 cup plain yogert
1/4 cup mayo

Mix the above togeather and stir into the fruit.

They, (on TV) said it would last 1 week in the fridg.... I'll bet it will never last that long once you taste it !!
