    If it is a regular model there are many cook books on the markets for them. If it is a ninja foodi you can get some great one's from Amazon. We have the Foodi as well as a regular air fryer. For me investment in a good sprayer of oil is very important. Also make sure you pre-heat the air fryer before putting items in the basket. We kind of spray things on a paper towel sometimes to get a full coat without getting too much in the fryer itself. Make sure you shake the food from time to time while it cooks.
