    Re: Lowrance HDSlive interference?

A shot in the dark without looking at it and testing it, but it may have to do with having your battery grounded to the boat.

    Lowrance HDSlive interference?

So just installed my new HDSlive 7 on my 12’ Gregor. Transom mounted active image transducer. Bow mounted minn Kota power drive 2, ipilot. Single bank, two battery 12V system, trolling motor direct to one, Lowrance direct to the other. Single battery charger. Batteries grounded to boat for Cannon downrigger ion to work with auto up. Get a solid line all the time, across sonar and downscan when trolling motor is in water, always at 12’. Line goes away when motor is pulled out of water, line moves to 5ish’ if I move motor all the way up to just under waterline. Line is there if motor turned off and even unplugged. Line takes up about 6” of water column. I’d post a pic but I don’t have enough posts. Any help?
