Depends on your boat and conditions. When we chase tuna we run a 23ft Steiger and try for calm conditions. 25 knots is cruising so just over an hours run or so.

30 miles out is a long run. How long does that take to get out there?

They are chasing blue fin out of SC and Moss. The albies that you are speaking of wont show until August to October if we get them this year. Hopefully El nino brings that temp break inside 30 miles this year and we can get those albies out of HMB.

I hope they come in this year. The last couple years I have been trying to get on a boat but the captain always says they are not close enough
