Mrs Ldubs says half her scrunchies disappeared and wondered if I knew anything about that. Sounded like a good time to pretend I was hard of hearing.

I'm so new to trolling, I didn't even know that changes of pads were an option. I'm in the South Bay area for the week and had to stop by Walmart for some forgotten things. I bought a spare thing of hair ties (with a shaved head) just to have as backup. It seems a stop by Sportsmans or BassPro on the way home later this week is warranted.

    Hair ties saved the day

And the hair ties saved the day.

Rob drove up to spend the weekend with his wife, Milkah, and wanted to go fishing. We ended up going to Icehouse. We started to troll for these but the lines kept pulling out of the clips to the downrigger weights. Rob keeps hair ties for his beard on hand, so we wrapped them into the clips and they held good enough to let us catch a limit. New PB rainbow trout and a decent day
