    It would be a real drag, especially running over say a sandbar with rocks in it. My intake is close to the stern end of the boat with the V-6 in front of the pump......Jetspray

    Yes, but I wouldn't recommend it with a jet, it will behave strangely if you were to go shallow and something to break. Some pumps have trim adjustments, I would start there and trim out the boat to your average load and weight distribution. If you don't have a trim adjustment then move around what you can (e.g., batteries).

    Lots of that happens from time to time as the area around the jet intake is pulling hard. If the back of your boat has a flat surface you can shift some weight to the front. I always ask the folks along with me to sit forward with their gear. Good Luck out there......Jetspray

    Porposing

    Finally got the boat wet after 4 years. With just me in it over 28mph it started porposing. Front tank was full, rear tank about 1/2. Has a 4 wedge. Water was smooth but not glass
    Pyramid lake.

    Do I need more people (weight) or take off the wedge?
