    Cool Re: What Am I?

I thought it might be one of Bill Engvall's "Dorkfish" but I don't think they have spots and the lower jaw is not protruding enough. It does like corndogs for bait though.......Jetspray

Chance is always powerful. Let your hook be always cast; in the pool where you least expect it, there will be a fish. -- Ovid

Just a color variation of your typical truck trout (rainbow)

Its a bow with abnormal spotting. Its definitely not a tiger, cutthroat, brown, or any mixture. Just a unique fish.

    Re: What Am I?

There are tiger trout in California although I’ve never seen one here. I have caught them in Montana. There are few spots on a tiger trout. Their markings are kind of like squiggly little lines not spots although they have some spots on them. I doubt it is a tiger trout but who knows. I’d send the pic to CF&W and see if one of their biologists can ID it.
Or I guess it could be a tiger trout with mutated pigmentations.
Id send a pic to one of the two following asking for ID.
