    Bass feeding depends on their BMR and stress levels.

    In warm summer water a bass might need ten to twenty minnows to survive but

    in Winter and 42* water, a single minnow might last the fish for 3-4 days.

    Better hurry.

    Already has been good ..... It gets tougher as the cold sets in but the big ones still gotta eat .....

    It is quite difficult to bend a bass into a loop and there isn’t any really good time to try. If you mean bite, my guess would be around 5:30.
