Re: Lake Camanche 11/15/19 Bite is getting Better
Ken: The Lightening Trout are the same fish. Just a different color. (Yellow Gold)... Taste the same and fight the same. Just remember they are ONLY in the South Shore Pond, NOT the main Lake. Robbie

nice fish Robbie. They're not much smaller than the salmon I seen caught on the Sacramento lately. Really nice thanks for sharing as always.
Now these fish aren't those glowing yellow ones that look like maybe they were in Rancho Seco Nuclear Plant. What's the difference between those fish and what you're catching now?
Ken

Well I don't know what happened but when I hit the like button it posted twice with dislike in the mix, I don't do dislikes to you so I owe you one of the "atta boys". As others have said those fish are great for your second parents to enjoy. I did hear your report on Bob Simm's Outdoor show this morning, great tip on using bullet weights with speedy shiners too. Thanks again Robbie

Awesome. Here with the Boy Scouts today to get them on some trout. Your pics are inspiring to a young group of kids.

Those are all good sized trout. Some good eating there. Great pics. Thanks for sharing Robbie.

Today I had my Second Parents (John and Diana) with me. We headed up to Camanche for some Trout Trolling. Wasn't long and we had one in the box. Worked Open Water and Narrows for there 10 fish limits by 2:00pm. Spoons and Grubs were the ticket. Just kept moving around til we found some biters. Then turned around and right back through them again. Here are some photo's of our Fun Day!!!
