Re: HEY to all from Weise,Idaho

    Weiser is a great place.

Used to duck hunt back there a bunch on the river. My parents liked it som much they moved there in 2007, and lived right off the road to Mann Creek for a few years. Unfortunately, health issues forced them back to California.

Farming practices have changed a bit, and now I hunt a little further upstream.

Thanks for the update,, hope the grass is greener there, (has to be). Almost bought a new F250 from the Ford dealer there in Weiser but they got sketchy at the end so i got it in Oregon.

    Thanks for the report

Good for you, Trout Tracker! I do remember your previous post regarding the big move. Thanks for the update on trout fishing in beautiful Idaho. Happy holidays and here's to reading future reports.

    HEY to all from Weise,Idaho

I moved from Sacto to Weiser,Idaho in march of this year.
I did post that i was no longer in Calif .Living in a small town 6000 people
has taken a bit of an ajustment for me.But the fishing has not and i did
pretty good this year with the trout. The closest place to fish is only 10
miles north which is Manns Creek Reservour.
No fee to enter,no fee to launch and fish. The lakes and reservours don't charge
you to launch or fish.I fished with crawlers and sling blades at 1.8 -2.0 and
    did good.
This summer i'm going to check out a few other lakes that are
in the area.I do still go on the sniffer to check things
out and don't always post.I just wanted to say hi and hope
    all is well.
Oh A fishing license is $30.00 here .
