    San Pablo Reservoir 2/26

I took the kids fishing on Saturday to San Pablo Reservoir and they caught 5 fish in 2.5 hours. The water was quite murky, eliminating trolling as an option. We took the boat out and fished the East bank across from the main recreation area, near the canyon mouth. The fish ranged in size from 1lb. to 2.5 lbs. We started with Power Bait and caught one fish in the first hour. We switched to Power Eggs tipped with Gulp worms and caught 4 in about one hour. The key was parking the boat on the bank and being patient. We caught the fish between 10-12:15. The kids had a blast. Fishing pressure was fairly light on the East shore. Good luck and post your results.
