Fished this wonderful lake yesterday for the first three hours of the day...such a pretty lake...one of my favorites...I knew it would be a good day since on the way to the lake I wished upon every shooting star for a fish...once we found the school it was a tripple then a double then another double and done...we had three rods out and had three landed then I put one back out and it got another only twenty feet back on the let out...great morning and second to last trip of the summer ...looks like Mon and Tuesday will b the last trip this summer for my sonw me having Mon and Tuesday off, but labor day is right around the corner.

All fish were caught about 20' down on dodger/crawler or spinner/crawler w power egg in front as the head. They seemed to like it when I sped up just a little.

Great Report That pic with your son holding that stringer is a keeper, He will remember that day forever. I just never seem to get past the first lake. That lake has done well this year

That was a great day for you and your son too! What a cutie! We tried to go to Loon last summer but every spot was taken so we had to double back and camp at Ice House. I still want to try Loon though. I hear it gets pretty windy like French Meadows and Hell Hole.
