I was in my tree stand last night. I was in there at about 5:30pm til the end of shooting time. I was on my phone texting my hunting buddy and was on CNN,KCRA3,FOX as well as this website and others. In years past squatting and rotting was the worst part of the hunt. These days I can play flick golf or other games and text or go online and check current local/worldwide news. That makes the time easier to handle. While fishing I always check my tide app on my phone. Whatt else do you guys use your phone for while hunting or fishing? I have seen I phone mounts for bows to record the hunt. RF

I use it to guard the glove box until I get back to the car most the time.

Use it for water flows.

GPS once on the water with the Navionics app.

Take pictures of chrome bullets.

Check the time of sunset and sunrise. Lol

You get the pic, life without a smartphone would suck!!!

Google earth , river flows, notes, pictures, sunrise and sunset times, trying out new knots, flashlight, they really have hundreds of features.

I use it to let me know that it's time to head back to the car. LOL I'm always way too busy glassing, hiking, and on the move to use the phone at all. Only time I really use the phone is to take pics of my kill.
