Marnilr and I took all three kids out for a nice day of rockfishing on sunday. We fished out from Tomalas point for half limits of average size gophers and blacks. When I was cleaning fish at home, the exciting thing was to find strips of harbor seal hide and blubber left by a nice white shark willing to share his meal with the local rock fish. Just my luck but I like to look at what my fish are eating so maybe I can learn what they like to feed on ;D

the hide and fat are the wrapings to the meat inside...
seal meat is tastey and sharks love it...
the fat reminds them is that rubbery texture surfers have..lol
if you notice they only take a few bites and leave
the rest..its rare to see them eat it all...
waddel creek you see biten dead seals all the time..
make surfing and windsurfing a true x-treame sport..lol
