I've used this recipe for Halibut several times, and it is killer, should I try it with lingcod too?

Looks good to me but I would leave out the salt and even go as far as putting the fillets in milk or butter milk to soak over night to extrude the salt out of the meat and any tainted flavors......Jetspray

It definitely looks like a 'high flavor' recipe. It's not my cup of tea for lingcod. Whenever I get to have ling cod it's because I hauled my rear out to the water and caught it, so I want to taste the 'essence' of the fish. That means I typically prepare it with clean, simple flavors; nothing heavy or too assertive.

If you're tried this recipe before with halibut and liked it, I'm sure you'd also like with ling cod. Let us know how it turns out! :)
