1/2 cup cooking sherry
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup salad oil
1-2 cloves of crushed garlic

Mix ingrediants well then soak fillets or whole fish for 1 hour then bake or BBQ.
Beware, this does add a strong flavor to the fish! I like it for a change now and then. I also skin my whole fish but I suppose with the skin on it would still add flavor, just not as much.

That's a good base John. For personal tastes, tons of stuff could just be added as accent flavors. When we get back from Alaska, I'm sure I'll need to try some new recipes.
