Hey all !

Looking for ideas about what you serve as side with your dino fillets? I like a fresh fennel salad with orange and threads of basil. Pureed Celery root is pretty good too! Let me know if you have a fav side! Thanks

you can also make a salsa ! Big chunks of tomatoe, onion, cilantro avacado, garlic salt, a little lemon, and some salt to taste. or like me, you can add your favorite season salt to the mix. ( don't knock it till you try it ;) ) warm up some yellow or white corn tortillas and you have some killer fish tacos. No need for side dishes, just eat about 5 or 6 of them and enjoy a bit of the simple life 8-) fish on buddy !!!!

Last week I made a fennel and frisee salad that I dressed with a citrus dressing, added orange segment and finely cut basil. Damn tasty. The sweet crunchy fennel and bright fruity falvors from the orange merged great with the meaty and slighty deltay taste for the grilled fish.

I am totally willing to be the judge of that!

i like brown rice as a side to sturgeon, melt butter over the rice and serve the sturgeon sauteed in butter and olive oil w/ select spices.
