This is great

1 clove garlic
1 T pureed Chipotle adobo
0.5 C butter, room temp
2 t cilantro, minced
2 t tequila
2 t lime juice

Mince garlic in food processor. Add chipotle and butter, and puree. Add remaining plus salt and pepper to taste (I don't bother) and puree. Spoon into bottom of sandwich bag, roll into a log, and freeze. You can store this a long time in the freezer. Cut off about 1" of log per serving, melt, and drizzle over grilled tuna.
