I don't know how all you all do it but.

I sauteed some garlic [lots] in olive oil and lime juice some rub [season salt] from a buddy of mine and italian seasoning and lightly cooked my asparaugus

while that was happening

I sauteed some more garlic [lots] and used butter this time
some more season salt [rub] and fresh dill and cooked the cutbow fillets til they just turned [can't stand over cooked fish]

Served trout fillets over aspargus artfully arranged to get maximum oohs and ahs from "catch of my life"
