Try this! Get the McCormick Mesquite marinade & try it on Salmon, to start with. It's to thin for us with the water & oil they suggest on the package so modify that by substituting 1/4 cup of Yoshidas original gourmet cooking sauce from costco, for the water & 1/4 cup of honey for the oil & see how you like that. Or when out of honey use 1/2 cup Yoshida's. After you are done with the marinating you can heat up the left over sauce & call it Bar Bar Cue sauce. I know, your not supposed to do that, but heat it up real good in the micro & you probably won't kill anyone. I've survived 20 years so far doing that. Haven't killed anybody yet. :D
