Winter boredom setting in so working on a few new patterns for 2017. Got some new blades this year so thought I'd tie up a few for a dunk at the Gorge this year.

They sure are pretty but I thought those kokes at the Gorge would hit anything so no need to spend a lot of time building new lures. :smile-new: I know it is either that or watch it snow.

I've probably got over 500 spinners. It's an addiction I have. I guess it is better than drugs or alcohol.

Like this combo a lot too. Found the dodger at Cabelas and stole the spinner blade off a spinner from Bass Pro.

What size line are you using? I am assume its mono and not fluoro. Looks like a # 4 hook but pictures can be deceiving.

For Kokanee around the world I use 10 lbs. test line. It works at the Gorge too but know it means that I'll be changing leaders every couple of fish. For that reason, 12 lbs. test line tends to work better there.
