Hit the Delta on Saturday. Launched out of Whiskey Slu around 10am. I was the maiden voyage for a friends boat. From about 10-2 we had nothing, not so much as a bite. Decided to move for the third time. Cruised around for a little bit and found quite a few boaters in one of the spots where the water branches off. Went down about 50 yards past all of the boaters. within 10minutes the bite was on! stayed there till about 5:30. caught about 15 cats between us. All in all a good day.

On what bait if you dont mind saying so?

They were all around 1 1/2 to 2 pounds.

I'll post some pics later today.

Fished catfish dough, Chicken livers, and Anchovies. The only thing they would even touch was the Anchovies. Also, seemed to be mainly biting on the bodies, weren't all that interested in the heads or tails.

Here's some of the pics. All the fish were about the same size. That last pic was a blast. Me and my buddy got a double hook-up, then when he got his in he had 2 on his line! 3 fish in the boat at once!

Last time i ate fish was 2 years ago and it was fried striper and it was pretty good with lemon juice!!! All the cats iv ever caught got put back. Not to big on the fish taste.

Nah, I didn't cook any of them up. We only kept 3 and my buddy took those home, threw the rest back to grow :o
I was hoping to hook into a striper, I was definitely feeling some fish taco's that night. But, that didn't happen :-/

It's been awhile since I've fished with my friends. We had a blast! It was my buddies first trip out in his first boat, everything went pretty good. Funnest fishing trip in a long time, it was a great way to start out the year!
