We were trolling for stripers this weekend, but we did anchor up on Saturday night, toss out some sardines, and waited to see what was biting. We started getting bites quickyly, as you might expect. I'm sure we were getting plenty of juvenile stripers biting, but we did manage a couple of white catfish.

The Catfish King with a Sacramento River White Catfish. I was kind of chuckling to myself at his plight. He lost his hat while we were hauling a## around the delta, it blew off his head. So, his bald head was getting a little burned. Sunday, he couldn't take it anymore, so he wore a hooded sweat shirt over his head, but then it got hot out. So, he took off his shirt, and kept his hoody on. He had his belly hanging out from the hoody, with the hoody unzipped, and hood over his head. Funny stuff. ;D ;D ;D
By the way, we cuaght a couple more, but tips and locations would be helpful. We're pretty inconsistent on the cats. Any good sloughs in the Rio Vista area?
