I hope this is ok?
Jamestown Elementary Science Academy (in Chinese Camp) has a deal with CA Fish and Wildlife. They receive eggs and equipment to hatch the eggs and raise some trout minnows. They then travel to a local stream and release the fingerlings. They have a problem however. They used up the funding setting up the mini-hatchery...they don't have the funds to pay for the trip to the stream.

Linda Cazares and Sheri Betz, the teachers involved asked me if I know of any organizations that can help. They need around $250.00. Pretty sad that school budgets can't fund this sort of thing...huh? Anyway I said I would ask around so here it is.

If you would like to help please contact Linda at: lcazares@jespanthers.org. I know they welcome any help in the classroom...discussions, presentations and just a body to help are always welcome. Anything will help...and I think it might be tax deductible.
Thanks a lot
