I was out on Cache on Saturday. No Sturgies...just a few cats as well. I even tried trolling for Stripers in Miner slought for zero Stripers. Oh well it was good to get out.

I was also out on Cache Saturday we fish my normal striper hole and hooked a Sturgeon on a storm but lost em. Headed up to the spot in prospect hoping to escape the wind but could not get away from it so went back to the striper spot for 1 striper and like 10 carp and 20 of what looked like a cross between a pike and a carp. I guise carp are spanning due to the fact that we were hooking them every other cast.

I don't know I was out in Cache slough on Thurs. and we did not even get a bite. We worked from the pump statiion to the point of Cache and Steamboat slough. Could not get shad so all we used for bait was ghost , grass shrimp an some chovies. Fished for about 6 hours, nice calm day but not even a bite.
