Fished with my dad on Saturday. Caught 4 fish for 2 of us including two smokers at 30 lbs. 3 fish on FBR and one ont a WM Apex. Should have been done earlier, but had sever fish that failed to stick. Fished a one eye jack with herring but the herring was bit in half 3 times. Finished the day with a bouble north of the bouy on a 330 heading.

I'm glad they finally showed up, now if I could only clear all my weekend plans. And maybe get a Tuna run in for the year and I'd be a happy cmaper.

I tried to call him on ch 19 a couple of times, I saw him coming back the prior saturday on the high way, he said he had 2 for 4 guys, what a difference a couple days make. Our boat is 21' with a 150 Yamaha 4 stroke. We were running down riggers. caught 3 of them on an FBR 25 OTW and the toad on a WM apex 40 OTW in 55' of water.

Good job judyann, those big one's look just like the one's I lost last weekend ??? ;D If you hit Dux on the right day this is what happens ;) The trouble is there's 7 days in a week and it's a guessing game which day is the one ::)

Seems like everyday is the one since last monday. All the fish from Fort Bragg have moved down, Bodega and dux seem to be full of fish and bait now. I wish I could get out this weekend, but my brother's getting married in Monterey, going without the boat, which is killing me and my dad. I asked if we could bring the Tuna gear...no go. Get out while it's hot! Sounds like they're hitting them at Rocky, which is even closer.
