I fished it again yesterday, with no luck. still fun though. 2 or three days and all that ice will be gone.

Thanks for the report and pic of the ramp area. I was there 2-3 weeks back and there was snow around the lake. Looks like I can drive closer and throw a pole or 2 in the water after work.

Sorry for another bum trip. You could have called and I would have checked it out on the way home from work. It's only 10 min from my house. CJ has already primed them up.

zhands;

It was nice to get out of the house......plus it was almost on the way home. ;D

Coming out of Prosser I asked my buddy, "Want to check out Frenchman"? He said, maybe next trip......... ;)

Stopped at the state line for a ham steak breakfast, so it was not a total loss!! 8-)

It is going up now, I think they just now closed the gates. water has gone up a foot or 2 in the past week, but I doubt it will be full. But the lake is fed by prosser creek which comes out of the mountains to the west, so there is PLENTY of run off to come. In any case I'm sure it will be higher then the past 2 years.

Higher than the last two years........

That is a pretty brave statement, with the way the gate "Masters" have been working the water the last three years!!

You are lucky, that I gave up making wagers. *;D ;D
