Man what a nice day to be on the water. Took the wife, son and nephew out to the lake in hopes of getting into a mess of trout. Well, to make a long story short, we got into them first thing. Went to the North end of the lake for nadda. So decided to just hit the south end the rest of the day. Turned out to be the right decision. Didnt catch any slugs, but had alot of fun anyway!

Looks like you had a really fun day out there. Way to go [smiley=thumbsup.gif]! I love the pic's of the kids! Just nothing like watching kids catch and handle fish, to much fun [smiley=banana.gif]. I miss fishing that lake, I had a lot of fun on the water there. I was just wondering, are the Eagles still there? Thanks for the report, and good luck.

Yes, the eagles are still there. We only kept three fish for dinner, let the rest go. The meat was light orange.

Great job fishmaster, but I do have to say I am a little disapointed to see fishmaster Jr. without a big fish. *Tell fishmaster Jr. that the Reaper expects him to be holding a big fish the next time out. *Great job!!!

Awesome day with the family, way to go and get the kids on some very nice fish. You can see the excitement in their faces.

Fishmaster

I knew I should of went down to the South end on the way in and I almost did. But I figured with so many boats on the water the fish would move out of that area.

See you on the water

Looks like Del Valle has come back to life. Say, is your nephew from

Colorado, noticed the Rockies Hat. Great Pictures, need a sign that

reads " Slippery when wet."............. [smiley=swimmingfish.gif]
