Hello from Lake Tahoe, Thank you WEEZ! I must say this C&R thing is great! Mark went out on Sunday catches and releases a sweet 5 pound Brown and is rewarded instantly with a 13 pound Mack! Yesterday morning and at lunch I trolled for a half an hour each for nada. Also yesterday my friend told me where Mark got that Brown :-X This morning I actually "ran" out there before the legal hour. 6:18, I let out my Seps micro flashers with 2 halves of a crawler. As my wormy passed over the rocks 400 feet back, Bam! After about 50 feet of reeling the line goes slack, doh, wait... reel, reel reel Yep it is still there must be a Brown. I get it near the boat 5 times before it was in the net. It is cool that Mark, a guy who catches alot of nice Tahoe Browns released that one so a rookie like me could go catch it. Good guess by the way Mark it was 5 pounds 2 oz and 23.5 inches! Take care and good luck,Eric :)http://momentoffame.com/photopost/data/514/medium/100_1417.JPGhttp://momentoffame.com/photopost/data/514/medium/100_1421.JPG

I've been roaming this site for about a half year, and that has got to be one of the top five pictures that I have seen. *It bleeds "I love fishing!".
Great job, ya gotta love Lake Tahoe. *Please more details on how you troll with your kayak.

Ahh, the life. Kayak fishing before work and during lunch. Now that's what I call a productive fisherman. Braving the temps makes me think you might have a screw loose *;) but you can't fault the results.

Nice job!

Hello from Lake Tahoe, thanks for the positive comments. If you think it is Cold in my pics, it is. Fortunately for me I spend over 40 hours a week outside, being a carpenter. This week we actually moved inside another house to do finish work, so I might start to agree with you. ;D I am extremely passionate about toplining Tahoe and winter is the best time to do it. The reason why I start my posts "Hello from Lake Tahoe" is because I live here and in this computer world I think it is cool 8-) to let folks know where I hail from. Sending e-mails from Alaska got me started writing like that. If you like fishing I would highly recomend going back through Mark Wizas articles on the Sniffer.(esp. Curse of the Mackinaw) This guy can write! I don't think I would be out there if it were not for his passionate writing, thanks Bro. Take care and Good luck, Eric :)
