should i use the brinning meathod, or the regular?

i just did 4 large sienes from fising buddys salmon, i did the brine with pro-cure double hot color. they look great and the info. on the jar says "done like this roe will last indefinatly" supposing you keep it in a cool place....i liked the pinkish color that was a result...but really prefer roe more orange, the eggs i got were to dark to ever see that light of color though .... it worked as stated in instruction, got it at Longs for about 6 bucks...

Best roe for me is 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup non iodized salt, and a quart of water, butterfly your skiens, let them brine for like 6 hours, and then use pro cures super fine borax (finest borax made for eggs).

The roe you get is simply awesome.
