I trolled San Pablo from 7:30am to about noon. I marked quite a few fish, but I had no takers. I did have one crappie hit the firetiger rebel and I was able to put him in the box, but I wasn't targeting crappie. I had another release, but it came unbuttoned. I'm pretty sure that it wasn't a trout.

I thought the temps were kinda chilly...I'm wondering why they weren't biting. I even put shoepeg corn with procure on one of my spoons.

You'll probably have more luck there in about a month (maybe a couple weeks) but it hasnt been cold long enough for the water temperature to drop low enough for the trout to start biting yet. They are still deep and spread out right now. They should be biting by the end of September thought and if not then for sure by October. Try it than and you'll get some. Good Luck! ;D ;)
