    Re: Rio Vista 12/12/13

Im taking a reltive out this Sunday who has never caught a striper. Now
Im starting to wonder if imshould take him out for trout instead :(. I read a report where they stated that theyre moving to back sloughs. What does that mean? Fish sloughs instead of the main channels?

4 hrs of soaking on a cold monday at rio got a bunch of schoolies and one legal 7lb striper. used sardines, suckers and pro cure. caught a couple of weird looking "pike" fish with a big mouth also. wasnt even aware they had that type of fish in the delta.

what type of bait were you using?

    Rio Vista 12/12/13

Fished bait at Decker and at the Rio Vista bridge, No serious bits, little taps most of the day. I think the fish may have been about the size of my bait. Water temp. was 47.5 . A beautiful day when it warmed up. Water at Decker was muddy, much clearer at the bridge ???
