    Central Valley Rivers:
    Daily limit of two fish per day and a possession limit of four fish. On the American and Feather rivers the general season opener is July 16.     Central valley river seasons looks to be the same as last year. I can't wait until July 16. Hopefully we'll have better river flows, lower water temperatures, and better biters this year!
